Opportunity Employment Type: Full-Time, PRN, Part-Time Schedule: Various shifts available – Days, Evenings, Nights, and Weekends Responsibilities Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and procedural trays in accordance with established standards Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and washer-disinfectors, to ensure proper processing Adhere to AAMI, AORN, and OSHA standards to maintain infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance Maintain accurate documentation, tracking records, and inventory to support efficient department operations Collaborate effectively with surgical, clinical, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and workflow efficiency Leadership responsibilities may include: Overseeing daily departmental operations and workflow coordination Coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members to promote growth and accountability Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service excellence This overview highlights key responsibilities of the role but is not intended to be exhaustive.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED CRCST or CBSPD certification Minimum 3 years of Sterile Processing experience Leadership Roles: CRCST or CBSPD certification An Associate's Degree is required for Supervisor, Manager, Director and Consultant Roles CHL or CIS certification (preferred) Minimum 6 years of Sterile Processing experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards Benefits CORE VALUES: Professionalism
