Job description
The Supervisor, Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of maintenance technicians to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, facilities, and building systems. This role plans and assigns work, monitors maintenance activities, and provides hands-on leadership to support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
The Supervisor partners closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Facilities to minimize equipment downtime, improve equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
