Swim Pool Supervisor- Sussex YMCA Family Location

The Swimming Pool Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Aquatic Leadership branch regarding the daily operations and compliance of the Aquatic Facilities & Programs. The supervisor will be responsible to encourage, motivate and oversee other employees on duty while leading daily in-service trainings and ensuring execution and compliance all policies & procedures as well as vigilance tests, facility access procedures, swim test procedures and daily scheduled programs.

This individual will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants at their assigned facility.
