Experience - 1 to 3 years Monitor and manage virtual machine infrastructure. Provide Level 1 support for VMware environment issues. Handle VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor alerts, incidents, and service requests through ticketing tools. Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for critical issues and escalations.
Maintain system health checks and daily operational reports. Support backup, restore, and patching activities. Work in rotational shifts if required.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter. Understanding of virtualization concepts and VM lifecycle management. Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments. Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools. Good troubleshooting and communication skills. Knowledge of VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation) is preferred.
