Position: Mechanical Assembler

• UAV Systems Integration Department: Assembly Location: IIT KANPUR/ GREATER NOIDA Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Join our assembly team to build cutting-edge Large UAV systems. You will integrate mechanical subsystems, install flight controls, landing gear, and other critical components while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble UAV airframes, wings, and structural components according to engineering drawings
• Install and integrate landing gear systems, actuators, and control surfaces
• Mount sensors, antennas, and mechanical hardware with precise alignment
• Perform torque specifications and safety wire installation
• Conduct functional tests of mechanical systems and assemblies
• Collaborate with electrical technicians for systems integration
• Maintain detailed assembly records and work order documentation Requirements Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience (aerospace/automotive preferred)
• Experience with precision hand tools, torque wrenches, and assembly fixtures
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
• Knowledge of mechanical fasteners, safety wire, and aerospace hardware
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with aircraft or UAV assembly operations
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality requirements
