Litigation Paralegal - Transportation Defense

JSH is growing and seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join our Transportation Team. Ideal candidates will have their paralegal certificate, have a strong litigation background dealing with medical record summarization, meetings with experts, gathering documents for expert review, and disclosure statements.

Additionally, we are looking for experience and familiarity with Federal and State Rules, heavy document review, experience with Relativity and knowledge of expert witnesses which is desirable but not required.  Prior experience in transportation litigation and/or Insurance Defense experience a plus.  Candidates must be highly motivated and have a stable work history, exceptional communication, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
