Job description
The Director of Marketing serves as a vital partner, leading the overarching messaging strategy across all mediums (owned and paid) for the HE&R portfolio, with Hersheypark as the primary driver, along with the Resort properties. This role specifically leads the Marketing Management arm; acting as the ultimate strategic filter and hub that provides messaging direction, timing, and cadence to partner marketing disciplines.
The Director will shape go-to-market marketing campaigns, ensure messaging hits business objectives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and push the team toward excellence to achieve overarching revenue and demand targets.
