Fleet Farm’s HR Service Center is seeking professionals who are passionate about supporting Team Members and delivering exceptional HR service. As an HR Service Center Representative, you will provide timely and accurate support for HR-related questions, assist with case management, and help Team Members navigate HR programs, policies, and processes.
We are building a strong HR Service Center team with opportunities at multiple levels. In addition to the HR Service Center Representative role, our HR Service Center Case Specialists manage more complex and sensitive inquiries requiring additional research, investigations, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with Benefits, Payroll, Leave Administration, Employee Relations, District HR, and HR Leadership.
