Job description
As a Trex Production Manager, you will coordinate, direct, and oversee the activities of manufacturing employees in a 24/7 production environment. Serving as the primary contact for your crew, you will handle matters related to time and attendance, employee relations, scheduling, and the coordination of training and development.
Additionally, you will be involved in both the recruitment and retention of new employees.
