Job description
We are seeking a Senior Shift Engineer to join our Forward Reliability Engineering and Support (FRES) team. In this role, you will perform final reliability assessments of the MISO transmission system prior to real-time operations, identifying potential risks and developing operating plans to ensure reliable grid performance.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to validate, adjust, and communicate operating strategies based on evolving system conditions. This position is ideal for an analytical, proactive engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
