Job Description: Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Technology Strategy Define and maintain solution architectures, application landscapes, and technology roadmaps aligned with business and enterprise strategy. Act as the primary architectural authority and point of contact for solution design and technical decision-making.
Design scalable, secure, and supportable solutions across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise platforms. Assess technology risks, technical debt, lifecycle requirements, and modernization opportunities. Solution Delivery & Continuous Improvement Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical and effective technology solutions.
Support transformational programs and projects from design through deployment and Service Introduction. Drive continuous improvement, automation, simplification, and innovation across products and business processes. Ensure solution designs support operational excellence, maintainability, and long-term business value.
Integration, Security & Governance Define integration approaches, APIs, data flows, and dependencies across enterprise applications and platforms. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, identity management requirements, and data privacy regulations. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevOps teams to deliver compliant and resilient solutions.
Maintain architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, standards, roadmaps, and architecture decision records. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Build strong partnerships with business leaders, Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams. Influence architectural decisions across diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment toward common outcomes.
Manage architectural aspects of vendor-delivered solutions and ensure adherence to agreed standards and quality expectations. Participate in Communities of Practice and contribute to architecture best practices and technology standards. Strong IT background with experience in Solution Architecture, Application Development, or Enterprise Applications. Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across multiple technologies and business functions. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Experience working within Agile, DevOps, and project delivery environments.
Fluent English (written and verbal). Preferred Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), SaaS solutions, APIs, and integration patterns. Understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, and regulatory compliance requirements. ITIL, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, PMI/PMP experience.
