What awaits you in this role? We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist
- Product Management (Home Comfort-Air Conditioners) who will join our team at Product Sourcing Directorate in Beko Corporate. Work closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams to create and execute global long-term product group roadmaps, Demonstrate strong analytical, marketing, and product management skills with a long-term approach, Understand consumer insights, Analyze market, consumer, and technology trends to offer innovative projects, Lead the entire product journey end-to-end, from the emergence of the product idea based on consumer needs to the product launch and market performance analysis, Manage product ranges with a P&L, efficiency, and strategic pricing approach, in coordination with regional and local teams. The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul. How do we describe the perfect match? Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related departments, 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing, Has working experience in cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D or related areas is preferable, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies, Open to innovation culture, Flexible and open to new perspectives, A great team player with a self initiative mindset.
