Accounts Executive - Shipping

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Manage financial transactions and prepare vessel disbursements Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data Collaborate with internal teams to support financial goals Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations Manage projects, billing and cost analysis and work on deadlines and perform on allocated KPI’s under manager / supervisor.

Shipping agency experience & financial background will be preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance (Shipping, Marine related preferred) ACCA / Financial degree required, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office & Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with positive “can do” attitude.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards Overseas experience and managing small teams required (People management Skills) Ability to work on deadlines / project deadlines including tight project deadlines.
