As a Java Developer at Rhaegal, you will be responsible for developing high-quality and scalable Java applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Your responsibilities
Collaborating with software architects and designers to understand application requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java and related technologies. Designing and implementing robust and scalable software solutions. Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of applications.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing software systems. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Java frameworks, tools, and best practices. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and enhancements.
Documenting software functionality and technical specifications. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong portfolio of Java projects. Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks (e.
g., Spring, Hibernate). Familiarity with web application development using Java EE, Servlets, JSP, and RESTful APIs. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL and ORM frameworks. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.
g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
