Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Instrument Supervisor in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities
Supervise instrumentation installation, maintenance and commissioning activities. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of plant instrumentation. Monitor calibration of transmitters, gauges and control valves. Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for shutdown activities. Diagnose and resolve instrumentation faults to minimise downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures. Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation. Guide and supervise instrumentation technicians.
Required Skills
Power Plant Instrumentation – Experience with large-scale power plant systems. Instrument Calibration – Calibration of field instruments and transmitters. PLC/DCS Systems – Monitoring and troubleshooting automation systems. Preventive Maintenance – Planning and execution of maintenance schedules. Team Leadership – Supervising instrumentation personnel.
Preferred Skills
Shutdown maintenance experience. Root cause analysis. SAP CMMS or maintenance management software. Work Experience Requirements Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance within a large-scale power plant environment. Experience supervising instrumentation teams and handling plant maintenance activities is essential.
Education
