Ops Expert, you will sit at the heart of mission‑critical IT operations, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability across a complex hybrid enterprise environment. You will join a high‑performing, international team where your expertise truly matters: this is not a support role, but a position of ownership and technical authority.

You will directly shape service reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across on‑premise and cloud infrastructures. Based in Scandicci (FI) or Milan (MI) and operating in a global, multicultural context, this role offers strong exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence both technology and operational strategy at enterprise scale.

How You Will Contribute Service Reliability & Operations Excellence Take end‑to‑end ownership of daily operations for hybrid infrastructures (private & public cloud) Ensure SLA compliance through proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous performance optimization Manage and evolve cloud operations (mainly AWS & private cloud), delivering clear, data‑driven reporting to stakeholders Technical Leadership & Delivery Act as technical reference point for one or more critical infrastructure domains Lead operational governance and technical committees with suppliers and outsourced partners Contribute to project design and execution, working across Agile and Waterfall delivery models Governance, Process & Collaboration Drive Incident, Change, and Problem Management in line with ITIL best practices Lead complex troubleshooting, challenge root causes, and ensure sustainable remediation Collaborate closely with Service Owners, regional and global teams, brands, and technology entities Technology Landscape (High Level) Linux & Windows | VMware | Net.

Ops professional with 7+ years of experience in complex, enterprise‑scale and hybrid (on‑prem & cloud) environments Strong technical expert in systems administration, automation, and CloudOps/DevOps, with solid exposure to AWS and hybrid architectures End‑to‑end infrastructure knowledge, including virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and service reliability at scale Comfortable in international, distributed contexts, able to collaborate and influence multiple technical and non‑technical stakeholders Results‑driven and curious mindset, combining autonomy, rigor, strong communication skills, and a continuous learning approach Fluent English required; Italian is a plus Why work with us?
