Trainee Program provides an environment in which you can learn, grow, and develop your full potential. You will gain broad insights into our organization while being encouraged to step outside your comfort zone, explore new topics, and take ownership of your professional development. Take ownership of your career! You will complete five project assignments. Your first assignment will be within HR. After that, you can individually select your remaining assignments from opportunities across the entire Deutsche Telekom Group. Step outside your comfort zone! After your first assignment, you decide which areas you would like to explore in greater depth. All trainees come together to work on strategic and innovative growth topics beyond their individual project assignments. Profile You have successfully completed a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences , or a comparable field. Technical Understanding and Customer Experience: You are eager to apply your knowledge of IT, data, AI, and digital processes to challenges in HR management. Employee-Centric Mindset: You are a passionate team player who is motivated to create outstanding employee experiences. Relevant Experience: Through internships, professional experience, or your own projects, you have gained exposure to technical, data-driven, or AI-related environments. Ideally, you have already gained hands-on experience with modern AI tools in an HR or business context. Understanding of Corporate Strategy: You understand how HR can contribute to achieving business objectives and are interested in translating strategic decisions into action within a complex organization. International experience —whether through studying abroad, work and travel, or comparable experiences—is a must (at least 3 months) . Commitment and Entrepreneurial Spirit: As a Start up! trainee, you are passionate about driving change and taking initiative. Experience in social engagement and/or entrepreneurial projects is therefore highly valued. Language Skills: You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills at C1 level .
