Sr. Accountant - Radiology

Prepares and records journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts. Prepare monthly financial statements and variance explanations for assigned practices/departments. Prepare supporting work-papers for the external audit, preparation of the 990 tax returns, personal property returns and unclaimed property filing. Assist the accounting supervisor/manager and Director of Finance as necessary; and other duties as assigned.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline from four-year college or university Five plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred Knowledge of GAAP High level of initiative and ability to work independently
