Strategy - Analyst / Senior/ AM/ Manager

Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, and competitive benchmarking to support international expansion and market entry strategies. Plan and execute global expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Develop and drive 100-day plans as well as long-term transformation roadmaps.

Lead cross-functional initiatives across commercial, operations, supply chain, and digital teams. Collaborate with senior leadership (CEO, CFO, and functional heads) to align on strategic priorities. Provide structured updates to leadership, managing upward communication and escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

3–10 years of experience in consulting, special projects, investment banking, or related fields. Strong problem structuring skills with a hypothesis-driven approach to analysis. Ability to translate strategic insights into actionable execution plans. Solid financial acumen, including P&L understanding and value driver analysis.
