Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking engineering materials and components.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with procurement and finance teams.
• Implement and enforce proper stock handling, safety, and storage procedures in compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and generate reports to identify overstock, under stock, or obsolete materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of critical engineering components.
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and traceability of all materials, particularly for high-precision or regulated engineering parts.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training on procedures, safety protocols, and system usage.
• Support project teams by fulfilling material requisitions promptly and accurately.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field is preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and ABC inventory methods.
• Familiarity with engineering materials, components, and technical documentation (e.g., BOMs, specifications).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage warehouse teams and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
