The Baggage Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily ground handling and baggage operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and professional service delivery in a fast-paced airport environment. This role supervises frontline operational employees, coordinates ramp and baggage activities, and supports premium services for VIP and high-profile travelers at Miami International Airport.
The Operation Supervisor is expected to lead by example, maintain operational compliance, promote a safety-first culture, and ensure all service standards are consistently achieved. • Position may require flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays • Must have strong English communication skills • Previous airport or airline operational leadership experience preferred
