Location: Monroe Regional Hospital Department: Respiratory Care Hours: 12 Shift: Nights (United States of America) Sign On Bonus: Job Requisition Qualifies for Sign on Bonus Bonus Amount: $10,000 Job Summary: When a patient has a severe respiratory condition in a Pro. Medica hospital, a Registered Respiratory Therapist provides the care they need in a general, clinical, emergency, and/or diagnostic care area.

You will help create a care plan, evaluate goals, and maintain communication with appropriate members of a patient’s health care team. In this role, you will help with clinical instruction of respiratory care, nursing, medical students, and residents as needed. You will also help orient new staff and contribute to the growth of others to strengthen the team.

REQUIRE MENTS Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RR T) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Licensed to provide respiratory care services by the state where work is performed Current BLS PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS ACLS, NRP, and PALS certification is recommended, and may be required at some business units.
