Director of Detox and Stabilization

Horizon is looking for a Director of Detox and Stabilization at our location in Buffalo, NY. Under the supervision of the Vice President of Detox and Residential Services, the Director provides strategic, clinical, operational, regulatory, and fiscal leadership for Horizon’s medically supervised withdrawal management and stabilization services.

This role oversees program performance, strengthens quality and compliance systems, supports workforce and operational effectiveness, and advances safe, person-centered, evidence-based care in alignment with organizational goals and all applicable regulatory, payer, and accreditation requirements. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, on-call responsibilities, and urgent operational, regulatory, or clinical needs.
