Job description
Responsible for implementing infrastructure maintenance programs (roads, drainage, lots, and retention ponds), including routine, periodic, and reconstruction activities. Supervise and control all infrastructure-related works in terms of technical aspects, quality, schedule, cost, and administration. Develop daily, monthly, annual, and five-year maintenance plans, including budget preparation.
Handle tenant complaints through the application in accordance with the defined SLA. Conduct defect checklists with the development team during contractor PHO and FHO stages. Prepare and submit regular work reports.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar field. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with strong technical and analytical skills.
