Job description

Job Responsibilities

Create & manage ICT project plans including planning, the scope of work, implementation, cost, risk management and UAT, delivery to the customer Conduct project and service transition activities using organizational practices guidelines & established processes. Track project schedule, scope and resources utilization, performance and achievement of project objectives.

Establish communication plan between customers, engineers and management. Track actual cost & schedule against baseline budget and plan. Provide periodic/regular and accurate updates and maintain effective communication channels with respective stakeholders. Manage issues & risks, lead process of issue identification and resolution to ensure smooth transition of project delivery.

Manage and engage in ICT-related technical discussion with 3rd party vendors/partners for the delivery and installation of hardware. Lead the team of transition managers and handling escalations from transition managers relating their project. Work closely with the delivery and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition into operations for ongoing BAU management.

Responsible for integrating company internal and external resources for the Asia Pacific region and China mainland on ICT project implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies / Electrical Engineering /Telecommunications or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience within pre-sales technical support and project implementation in system integration or telecoms. Sound knowledge in LAN, WAN networking technology, computer technology, vendor network equipment, and IT equipment.

PMP certification, SCRUM Master certification, or equivalent preferred.
