Respite House Supervisor - Portage, OH

Incumbent performs duties according to standard Division policies, procedures, goals and objectives, exercising discretion and independent judgment in effectively applying guidelines to individual cases and circumstances and in supervising assigned personnel. Incumbent makes a substantial contribution to the agency's mission by implementing training programs according to agency policies and procedures.

Incumbent works with minimum direct supervision, referring to supervisor any unusual or unprecedented situations, such as misconduct of assigned staff. Work is reviewed for compliance with agency policy and effect on agency goals and objectives.
