Job description

Main Responsibilities Be accountable for achieving assigned profit objectives through FX trading, within the delegated authority and risk/ counterparty limits, particularly via e-trading platform. Responsible for parameter adjustments, strategy implementation and execution on e-trading platform. Resolve system performance issues and propose technical improvements for electronic trading.

Monitor exposure, limits, and adhere to predefined risk thresholds to mitigate market, operational, and liquidity risks. Provide competitive pricing, liquidity to customers and counterparties on e-trading platforms. Provide market information and analysis to management for formulating strategic purpose. Provide coaching / guidance to junior staff.

Assist in developing and monitoring treasury operational policies.

Requirements

University degree or above in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, tech background preferred and professionally qualified. Minimum 3 years' experience in active FX market and e-trading platforms. Proven track record on P&L performance Licensed with HKMA/SFC for Type 1 and 4 activities required. ECF-TM qualification is preferable Thorough knowledge of business practice and principles plus in-depth understanding Good communication and people skills to work with different levels of talents within the Bank.

Good sense of risk management Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills. Be able to work independently with minimum supervision Pragmatic with strong drives for results.
