How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta’s On Board Services team is seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager, OBS (APAC) to lead and optimize catering operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is critical to ensuring a safe, compliant, and reliable onboard service experience for our customers, while partnering closely with international catering vendors and cross-functional teams.

As a Regional Manager, you will serve as a key operational leader and subject matter expert, driving performance, solving complex challenges, and influencing outcomes across a global, matrixed environment. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational integrity, improving service delivery, and supporting Delta’s commitment to excellence across APAC markets.

This position will be based in ICN, will require extensive travel throughout the APAC region and occasional travel to ATL headquarters or other US locations. Why. You will help drive operational excellence in one of Delta’s most complex and dynamic regions while contributing to global performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. What. You’ll Do + Lead and oversee end-to-end cateringoperations across assigned APAC locations to ensure safe, on-time, andcompliant execution + Lead startup of catering operations fornew station openings and vendor transitions in existing stations + Act as a primary liaison betweencatering partners, Delta operational teams, and the Operations &Customer Center (OCC) + Proactively identify and resolveoperational challenges and service disruptions, using data and real-timeinsights + Drive continuous improvement and rootcause analysis related to delays, missing items, and service issues + Work with business partners and invoiceteam to resolve invoice related questions and issues + Support and lead operational responseand business continuity efforts during disruptions or high-impact events + Ensure compliance with global regulatorystandards (including food safety, security, and aviation requirements) + Influence stakeholders across culturesand organizations to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes + Communicate effectively with frontlineteams, leadership, and global partners to ensure alignment and clarity **Who.
