Rixos Phu Quoc is looking for a detail-oriented PR Executive to support the hotel’s public relations activities and help amplify our brand presence across multiple channels.
This is the perfect opportunity for a rising PR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. As PR Executive, you will support the PR Manager in executing media relations activities, coordinating events, drafting communications and monitoring coverage. You’ll be hands-on — learning the full PR cycle from planning to reporting.
Media & Content Support Draft press releases, media pitches and PR materials Develop engaging written content for blogs, social media and campaigns Assist in coordinating interviews and media visits Build and maintain media contact databases Events & Activations Assist in organising press events, press lunches and brand activations Support preparation and follow-up of PR events Attend events and ensure smooth coordination Monitoring & Reporting Track media coverage and compile PR performance reports Monitor competitor PR activity and industry trends Support analytics and suggest performance improvements Stakeholder Engagement Help maintain positive relationships with media, partners and influencers Represent the hotel professionally during events and functions Internal Communication Support internal communication initiatives Ensure alignment between departments and PR messaging What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field Around 1–3 years of PR or communications experience Strong writing and editing skills Organised, proactive and detail-oriented Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a dynamic hospitality environment The opportunity to join an international and innovative and fast-growing group, committed not only to building new hotels, but to creating a global brand.
