Location: Amman, Jordan. Years of Experience: 14+ years. Project Duration: 2 years. **Working Arrangement: **on-site. **Language Requirements: **Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
The Project Manager – Banking ERP will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives within a banking or financial services environment. The role involves managing large-scale ERP implementations and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure systems are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- 14+ years of experience
Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation or transformation projects within banking or financial services**
Strong understanding of ERP systems used in financial institutions**
Experience overseeing full ERP lifecycle delivery** including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across business and technology teams**
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management**
Experience managing system integration with other enterprise platforms**
Other Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation projects** within the banking or financial services environment
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans**
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators** to ensure smooth project execution
Oversee requirements gathering, system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment**
Manage ERP integrations with core banking systems and other enterprise applications**
Monitor project progress, track milestones, risks, and issues**, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to banking regulatory, security, and compliance requirements**
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation activities**
Provide regular project status updates and governance reporting to senior leadership**
Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives**
