Employee Relations and Compliance Specialist - Full Time Days

Valley Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist to support a respectful, compliant, and inclusive workplace. This role will manage complex employee relations matters, lead workplace investigations, provide policy and compliance guidance, and partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to reduce risk and strengthen organizational trust.

The ideal candidate brings strong California employment law knowledge, investigation experience, and the ability to build effective relationships across a healthcare environment.
