Working in partnership with our clients, we help reduce agency spend, strengthen governance, and enhance flexible workforce models. 💡 About the Role In this role, you will: Be the main point of contact for senior NHS stakeholders. Be proactive in finding ways to improve the bank fill rate and reduce reliance on agency.
Look at management information to help forecast trends and peaks in demand, using it as a tool to effectively change trust bookings behaviours for a more effective service.
