Registered Nurse/MAP Nurse Monitor

The Home for Little Wanderers seeks a Registered Nurse/MAP Nurse Monitor at the Southeast Campus in Plymouth, MA.

The Registered Nurse will provide nursing care and manage the ongoing health care of residential clients in assigned program(s). The Registered Nurse will also function in the role of “Nurse Monitor” as part of the Medication Administration Program (MAP).
