Job description
The Assembly Technician Lead builds and tests electromechanical components and subassemblies for gas delivery systems, ensuring quality and precision in a cleanroom environment. This role provides day-to-day leadership and direction to assembly personnel, supports production planning and schedule attainment, and promotes a safe, organized workspace.
The Lead drives consistent execution of standard work using visual controls and Lean manufacturing practices, troubleshoots issues, and contributes to continuous improvement to improve throughput, quality, and delivery performance.
