Maintenance Supervisor - GRV Care Center

Supervisor of Environmental Services – Glenwood Retirement Village is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our long-term care facility. Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour, 80 hours per pay period, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with every third weekend and on-call every third week. In this leadership role, you'll oversee the maintenance department, building systems, safety programs, preventive maintenance, and work orders to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

You'll lead the maintenance team while ensuring the reliable operation of HVAC, boilers, electrical, generators, fire alarms, security access, and other facility systems.
