• Assist in the delivery of basic patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
• Help patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and procedures by ensuring proper positioning and equipment readiness.
• Collect and document patient data accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Assist in the administration of medications and treatments as directed by nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile environment in patient care areas.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient status and care needs.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures to ensure a secure healthcare environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Practical Nursing (مساعد ممرض) from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active license or registration with the relevant healthcare regulatory body (e.g., Saudi Commission for Health Specialties – SCFHS).
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
