We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products. • Sales for JOEM => All domain Customer Account manager
• Customer interface responsible for overall Pre-selling, Managing existing business
• Launch Management and plant coordination
• Organize internal and external project meetings
• Change Management
• Quotation: Project budget planning and cost controlling 社内外に対するコミュニケーションスキル グローバルリーダーシップ ボッシュプロセスに対する知識 営業もしくはプロジェクトマネージメントの経験 母国語レベルの日本語および英語のスキル 日系メーカーとのプロジェクト経験 二輪車に対する知識。バイカー（希望） 目標意識が高い事、チームワーク尊重 ========================================
• Good Communication skills with customers, as well as Bosch internally
• Leadership
• Knowledge of Bosch processes
• Experience in sales / project management
• Fluent Japanese and English language skills
• Experience of project coordination with JOEM customers
• Knowledge in two wheeler domain, biker experience (preferred)
• Target oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
