Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective parents and students regarding admission procedures and academic programs. Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms. Conduct follow-ups with prospective applicants to achieve admission targets. Coordinate the complete admission process, including documentation and enrollment.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions in the CRM/database. Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students.

Requirements
