The Systems Engineer is responsible for administering and supporting Paradigm HSE's Microsoft 365 environment, core infrastructure, and enterprise systems. This role leads acquisition-related tenant migrations and integration projects, provides advanced technical support, and works closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to enhance system performance, security, and reliability.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage complex systems while contributing to the overall success of the IT team.
