Duty Engineer - Aman Nai Lert Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day operational maintenance tasks, responding to breakdowns, and supporting efficient hotel operations during assigned shifts. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Respond to guest room and public area service requests. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.

Monitor BMS, utility consumption, and equipment performance. Support emergency response, including fire alarm events, power failures, and flooding. Record shift activities and handover details.

Qualifications

Technical diploma in relevant fields. Minimum 2–3 years of hotel engineering experience. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
