Rehabilitation Assistant- Community (Kasabonika Lake), DS

Under SLFNHA’s Developmental Services, the SLFNHA Rehabilitation Assistant- Community, DS will support health services delivered by the SLFNHA Health Care Professionals as well as programs the DS team works in collaboration with. The Rehabilitation Assistant is a key part of the circle of care and will work client clients, caregivers and community resources to promote growth and development of our clients.

This would include arranging transportation to and from airport for staff, support booking of clients, providing support to individual clients and families by follow-up, supporting virtual sessions between community clients and Health Care Professionals, monitoring and carrying out services as directed by SLFNHA Health Care Professional staff.
