Outbound Sales Team Leader Are you a high-energy sales leader who thrives in the fast-paced world of outbound telecommunications? We are looking for a self-directed, data-driven Sales Team Leader to join our leadership team in Ortigas. You will be the driving force behind a growing team of outbound sellers. The Role at a Glance Location: In-office, Ortigas, Pasig City Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (US Night Shift) Team Size: Directly managing 5 FTEs initially, scaling to 10–15 outbound sellers Key Responsibilities Drive Performance: Lead a team of outbound sales representatives to consistently hit and exceed aggressive sales targets.
Training & Development: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new hires—conducting 2-week training sessions, role-playing, and managing the critical "nesting" period. Data-Driven Coaching: Use performance data and QA call-listening insights to provide actionable coaching that improves conversion rates. Scale the Business: Manage a steady flow of new sales talent, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the floor.
Operational Excellence: Validate and refine sales processes to ensure the team is operating at peak productivity.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years as a pure Outbound Sales Team Leader. Industry Knowledge: Strong background in BPO sales-driven environments. Telecommunications (Telco) experience—specifically with AT&T—is highly preferred. Leadership Style: A self-directed leader who takes ownership of their team’s results and doesn't wait for instructions to solve problems.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven Success: A history of building teams from the ground up and moving them through the training-to-production pipeline.
