Role: QA Program Manager – Oracle Fusion Project Skills Required Core Requirement QA Program Manager for an Oracle Fusion project Experience & Background Overall 10 years of experience in Project Management or related roles Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and experience working on ERP Programs Experience collaborating with Client Leadership Teams, providing solutions, and managing stakeholders Excellent Communication, Leadership, Risk Management, and Program Strategy Planning skills Experience in End‑to‑End Application Testing — planning, designing, and execution Ability to provide feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, and operational issues Expertise with Jira and ALM Good to have: PMP certification
