Minimum 1 year of experience as an Functional Business Analyst, preferably in Oracle ERP Manufacturing modules. Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and functional support. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and understanding of manufacturing processes and how they integrate with Oracle ERP.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions. Experience in requirements gathering, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, solution design and project management skills. Job Description Hands-on in setup configuration, documentation, testing, and support, with the ability to recommend best practice for process improvements, change requests, or new implementations.
Partner with business users/stakeholders in manufacturing to identify process issues and opportunities. Analyzing business requirements, testing, and solution design with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders (with their needs) and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
