A leading privately-owned Cypriot group operating multiple commercial business units across consumer and B2B markets is looking for a Commercial Director . The group has grown significantly over the past five years, with a combined turnover in excess of €30M and a diverse portfolio of products and brands serving customers across several distinct market segments.
This is a group-wide leadership role for someone who can own commercial performance end to end — setting strategy one moment and sitting across the table from key customers the next.
What you'll do
Define and drive commercial strategy across all animal nutrition and health business units Lead and develop Business Unit Managers, building a culture of accountability and performance Own pricing, gross margin and key-account relationships across the portfolio Identify new product, channel and market opportunities Coordinate closely with purchasing, marketing, operations and finance to deliver results Report commercial performance (sales, margin, pipeline) directly to the Managing Director What we're looking for 8–10+ years in commercial/sales leadership, ideally across multiple business units, brands or channels Proven P&L or revenue/margin ownership across a portfolio — not just a single product or territory Experience leading commercial managers and multi-layered sales teams Strong analytical ability with pricing, margin and credit data A credible, hands-on leader who builds trust with technical teams and senior stakeholders Fluent Greek and English; full driving licence and willingness to travel across Cyprus
