Job description
The Seasonal Pool Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the pool area and ensures that patrons enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position directly supervises pool attendants, manages the overall flow of the pool facility, and serves as the primary point of contact for patron needs, access control, and facility readiness.
The Pool Supervisor is responsible for the service experience at the pool area — not the supervision of in-water lifeguarding or aquatic programming, which fall under separate certified staff.
