Job description
We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Alpha House to support and provide nursing care to clients experiencing addiction, homelessness, and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities include
assessing clients, care planning, wound care, health education, infection control, and accurate documentation. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, problem solving, and a harm reduction approach. The ideal candidate would be licensed, experienced in addictions, and skilled in trauma informed, client centered care.
