Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Java, Springboot & rest services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Lead architectural design decisions and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues. Mentor and guide junior software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
