Customer Service Representative

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Bill and Rod's Appliance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Since 1963, we've been more than just an appliance store—we've been a trusted part of the community, serving our neighbors with honesty and integrity.

We're looking for someone who loves to solve problems and genuinely wants to be part of a supportive, caring team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be a true customer champion, building relationships and helping people find the solutions they need. Our team believes in supporting each other, taking ownership of our work, and serving our community.

**What You'll Do: **

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, both in person and on the phone.

• Listen to customer needs and provide helpful, clear solutions.

• Assist with customer orders, inquiries, and follow-ups.

• Work with your team to ensure every customer has a great experience.

**What We Offer: **

• Location: Our Livonia, MI store.

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including every Saturday. We're closed on Sundays.

• Experience: None needed! We'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
