Technischer Hausmeister (m/w/d) im Gebäudemanagement Deine Rolle Als Technischer Hausmeister bei JLL bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle vor Ort und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Gebäude reibungslos funktionieren.
Du kombinierst handwerkliches Können mit serviceorientiertem Auftreten und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich in einem professionellen Umfeld. Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung kleinerer und mittlerer Reparaturen in verschiedenen Gewerken (Sanitär, Tischlerei, Malerarbeiten, Trockenbau)
- Regelmäßige Inspektionen und Wartungsarbeiten an Gebäuden, technischen Anlagen und Küchengeräten
- Professionelle Bearbeitung von Wartungsanfragen und direkter Kundenkontakt
- Vorbereitung und technische Einrichtung von Besprechungsräumen
- Koordination und Überwachung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten
- Lückenlose Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem
- Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen, Materialbeständen und Werkzeugen Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wartung/Gebäudetechnik/Facility Management
- Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse in mehreren Gewerken (Sanitär, Tischlerei, Malerarbeiten, Trockenbau)
- Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Erfahrung in der Material- und Bestandsverwaltung sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
